THE EQUIPMENT / BARRIERRENTALS.CA

Concert & Festival Barricade Rental

Build an equipment request around the whole event footprint. Keep ticketing queues, general audience boundaries, stage-front requirements and backstage access distinct while coordinating their delivery schedule.

Equipment, delivery and setup availability are confirmed for your location and dates.

01 / SELECT THE CONFIGURATION

Fit the equipment to the requirement.

01

A schedule by zone

List each area—entry, queue, audience boundary, stage front and back-of-house—with its own purpose and approximate distance. A zone-by-zone schedule makes it easier to distinguish equipment types and avoid counting the same run twice.

02

Combine categories deliberately

Crowd-control barriers, specialist stage barriers and temporary fencing address different parts of an event plan. Select categories for the intended use rather than applying one barricade type across the entire venue.

03

Openings and changeovers

Show production gates, audience crossings and any sections expected to move between performances. Identify who is authorised to change the layout and how the rental scope should account for additional placement or relocation.

02 / PLAN THE QUANTITY

Total each type separately.

Measure straight runs by zone and apply the usable length of the appropriate equipment. Keep stage components, gates and fencing in separate totals. The resulting schedule is more useful for a quote than a single combined number of barricades.

CALCULATE BARRIERS

Use the actual equipment’s usable length. Keep assumptions and requested spare quantities explicit.

03 / DELIVERY & RENTAL PERIOD

Delivery follows the build sequence

Share the event build schedule, road-access restrictions and the time each area becomes unavailable to trucks. Include setup, inter-show changes and removal needs. Confirm each service and delivery window through the project quote.

Count the whole festival window

Include setup days, public days and removal. If the site stays fenced between weekends, make that clear. For multiple venues or tour stops, include a separate date range and equipment schedule for each location.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Equipment questions.

Is this different from a stage-barrier request?

Yes. This page helps organise a mixed event package. The stage-barrier page covers the specialist front-of-stage equipment and technical information within that package.

Can I request several barrier types in one inquiry?

Yes. List quantities or footage by equipment type and event zone, with any uncertain selections clearly identified for review.

What if the event layout changes?

Send the revised layout and identify the changes in runs, access points and dates. Quantities, logistics and pricing may need to be revised before confirmation.
