Temporary Fence Rental

Define the perimeter without losing the access your site needs. Bring the boundary layout, gate locations and rental dates so the temporary fence configuration and installation requirements can be reviewed.

Equipment, delivery and setup availability are confirmed for your location and dates.

01 / SELECT THE CONFIGURATION

Fit the equipment to the requirement.

01

Perimeter sections and supports

Map the boundary and describe the ground along it. Include uneven areas, hard surfaces and locations where fixing methods are restricted. The fence panels, supports and any stabilisation requirements are selected for the actual site and equipment.

02

Gates that match site use

Identify pedestrian entrances, vehicle access and delivery openings separately. Provide approximate clear widths and how frequently each opening is used. Include turning and unloading access in the site plan.

03

Screening as a separate requirement

If visual separation is needed, identify the screened runs and the site exposure. Screening changes the installation requirements and must be considered with the fence system; it should not simply be added to an unspecified fence layout.

02 / PLAN THE QUANTITY

Measure the perimeter, then itemise openings.

Record each side in feet or metres, plus changes in direction and terrain. Use the confirmed usable panel length for quantity planning. List gates and access sections separately and show whether measurements include or exclude them.

CALCULATE BARRIERS

Use the actual equipment’s usable length. Keep assumptions and requested spare quantities explicit.

03 / DELIVERY & RENTAL PERIOD

Access along the fence line

Note where delivery vehicles can unload and whether the perimeter can be reached before other site work begins. Specify installation, removal and any planned relocations. Services and methods are confirmed against site conditions.

From event perimeters to longer projects

Provide the expected start and end dates, including any phased reductions or extensions. For construction, identify whether the fence line will move as work progresses so future changes can be discussed before ordering.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Equipment questions.

Can temporary fencing include privacy screening?

Request both together and identify the screened sections. The fence system, exposure and installation arrangement must be reviewed before a screened configuration is confirmed.

How do I account for a vehicle gate?

Mark its location, approximate clear width, surface and expected vehicle movements. Keep the gate requirement separate from the straight-panel quantity.

Can the fence line move during the rental?

Describe the expected phases and timing in your inquiry. Relocation availability, scope and pricing need confirmation.
