Quote information and privacy

BarrierRentals.ca, operated by I Love Events Canada Inc., uses information you provide to assess your rental requirements, prepare quotes and contact you about your project.

What the quote form collects

The form collects contact details, project location, dates, equipment requirements, calculator assumptions, logistics, notes and any documents you choose to upload. Fields allow unknown quantities and dates. Please avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information.

How information is used

Requests and private attachments are stored using OpenAI Sites hosting and its Cloudflare storage services. Contact and project details are sent to Formspree to notify our team. Uploaded files remain in private site storage. These service providers may process information outside Canada. Authorised personnel use this information to handle your request. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation.

Technical information

A session storage entry remembers your landing page, referring website and campaign labels so your inquiry can be understood in context. A temporary, essential receipt cookie lets you view your saved request for one hour. Security controls limit repeated submissions. Quote success counts are recorded without contact details or project text. Test requests are excluded from operational reporting. No advertising analytics service is loaded.

Access, corrections and deletion

Contact info@barrierrentals.ca or (866) 883-3334 to ask about your information, request corrections or request deletion. Include your quote reference if available. Information needed for your request, business records or applicable obligations may need to be retained. Do not send sensitive documents with a general privacy question.
