BARRIERRENTALS.CA / COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS
Plan for the next project, too.
Organise repeat barrier requirements for commercial sites, seasonal events and recurring projects.
A repeatable equipment brief
Record the usual barrier categories, configurations and measured layouts, then identify what changes for each order. Keep the delivery address, site contact and access requirements current so repeat requests have a clear starting point.
One project conversation
Discuss recurring work directly with BarrierRentals.ca. Include the organisation, purchasing contact and the person coordinating the site. The quote should distinguish equipment rental from delivery, setup, removal and any other requested services.
Forecast the dates, confirm each rental
Share monthly, seasonal or annual schedules and identify provisional dates. A forecast supports planning; it does not reserve stock or fix pricing. Availability, quantities and service scope are confirmed for each rental.
Procurement requirements up front
Include purchase-order references, vendor onboarding requirements, document requests and submission deadlines. Account arrangements, credit terms, insurance documents and any service commitments require specific confirmation.
Keep revisions traceable
When requirements change, identify the location, dates and equipment lines affected. For several sites or overlapping rentals, use a site-by-site schedule and the national-account inquiry path.
PROCUREMENT & PROJECT ENQUIRIES
