BARRIERRENTALS.CA / NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

Bring your multi-location plan together.

Prepare a coordinated barrier inquiry for touring events, retail activations, contractors and multi-city projects.

One contact for the project inquiry

Bring the overall requirement to BarrierRentals.ca, including the central procurement contact and local site contacts where appropriate. A shared brief helps keep equipment categories, quoting requirements and the project schedule consistent across the request.

A separate scope for every location

List each city, address, date range, equipment quantity or footage and access conditions. Identify simultaneous deployments and dependencies between sites. Serviceability and logistics are reviewed per location; national coordination does not imply inventory or a branch in every city.

Touring, seasonal and recurring programmes

For tours, retail activations, contractor programmes or public projects, share the complete schedule and distinguish confirmed from provisional dates. Flag expected layout changes and whether equipment is intended to remain on site between uses.

Standardise the information, not the assumptions

Use consistent equipment descriptions, units, drawing references and delivery instructions. If a specific model or documentation is required at every site, make that explicit. Equivalent equipment or changed configurations require review rather than an assumed substitution.

Procurement and tender coordination

Include the RFQ or tender number, deadline, submission instructions and required documents. Ask for the requested equipment and services to be itemised by location. Credit terms, response times and service-level commitments are not assumed.

PROCUREMENT & PROJECT ENQUIRIES

Share the multi-location schedule.

Include your organisation, RFQ or tender reference, deadline, locations and rental frequency. Email relevant project documents with your inquiry.
